I WILL NOT BE ON ‘GIRLS’ YOU GUYS AND GIRLS BUT THANKS!

I’ve been getting a ridiculous amount of  messages and e-mails asking me, so I’ll just address this once and for all: Would I like to write or appear on ‘GIRLS’? Yes! More than anything. Am I going to? Nope! That’s not how it works. I’m just a dude writing silly premises, that’s all. I’m annoying half of you by posting these silly tweets (as a few of you have made quite clear) while the other half of you scream at me to do more  and more every day. So I’ll do one on Saturday and two on Sundays, if that. They’re just fun for me to do. So I’ll do it for me and you just enjoy them, cool?

In the meantime, I’m making my own path by getting sketches ready for ‘Sam’s Sketchy Sketch Show’  featuring writing, acting, and directing collaborations between myself and some of the biggest names (old school and up-and-coming) in all of comedy and Twitter. That might sound like a stretch but between U.C.B./NY and Twitter, I somehow managed to connect with the most talented people in all of New York, dare I say the country. I DID!

The first two sketches of five are written, they are two of the funniest sketches I’ve ever read, and I only have @duplictron to thank for it. He and I are quickly becoming quite the team. I am pleased to finally be able to announce that I’ll be writing with @cornlog @lafix @ericledgin and Jesse and Daniel Grittner and a couple more people I can’t reveal yet.

The whole point of this post is: It’s fun to live in your imagination but at the end of the day you create your own reality. After six years of living in New York I finally decided to form a crew and utilize all the talent that surrounds me. YOU SHOULD TOO. Unless you’re a comedian. I got that.
