I spent 9 hours at the ER yesterday.

This was my first interaction with a medical professional there:

DOCTOR: What’s wrong?
ME: It feels like someone is stabbing my chest
DOCTOR: Do you know what’s causing it?
ME: Is someone stabbing my chest?
DOCTOR: No
ME: Then no, no I don’t
